HYPNOTHERAPY is not magic.

We are less the product of our actions, and more the product of programming that has been part of our lives since childhood. Phobias, habits, stress, indulgences, and more all have their roots in what our subconscious mind has been programmed with.

Hypnosis is not magic. It bypasses your conscious mind and directly addresses your subconscious in order to affect rapid and permanent change.

You actually hypnotize yourself every day. The act of watching a movie or television show and being drawn into it is self-hypnosis. In essence, it just means accessing your subconscious mind and providing enough convincing information that it accepts it is true and permanent.

Is it brainwashing? Not really. There are elements of similarity, however, especially in convincing your subconscious mind, and adjusting the truths that it believes.

For example, if you are a smoker and have tried to quit, but failed, what you’ve done is reaffirm to your subconscious mind that you’re unable to do this. Your subconscious mind accepts this as a truth, and the next time you try to quit, your subconscious mind already has directed you to fail.

This is true for most things.

A limiting self-belief is the biggest hindrance to achieving happiness and fulfillment.

Self-doubt, fear of failing, fear of the immensity of the task at hand. These are all self-limiting things that work against you.

I’m sure you’re familiar with books like “Think and Grow Rich,” or “The Power of Positive Thinking.” These books try to tap into the market of self-doubt, which is a massive market. Especially in this day and age, society has conditioned us to be self-limiting, restrained, what they call ‘realistic.’

None of these things helps you.

There’s only one thing that can’t help you. Changing your subconscious mind into self-belief rather than self-doubt and acting on that new program.

You Are Getting Sleepy….

The common misconception about hypnosis comes from the old days, cartoons, cheesy movies with a hypnotist holding a pocket watch that’s swaying back and forth, and uttering the words “You are getting sleepy.”

Modern hypnosis does not do any of these things. What it does is to quickly put your mind into a state of total relaxation so that your subconscious mind is easily accessible. Using a variety of techniques, a new set of instructions is given to your subconscious mind, empowering you to overcome whatever obstacles you’re seeking to overcome. It’s very subtle and yet very direct. It’s also very effective.

Contrary to movies where the hypnotized subject wakes up with no memory of what took place, you will remember everything. It’s not a secret. It’s not magic. But what you will find is that the suggestions are now ingrained into your being and do have a positive effect when next you encounter that which you sought help for. You will recognize it. You will revel in it.

And very likely this will happen in just a few sessions.

I’m not into lifetime, refreshers, unnecessary charging, or the term ‘maintenance,’ which many alternative practitioners like to use. I tend to look at this as a service and not a business model. I am interested in helping you achieve your goals and live a better life as a result.

FREE YOUR MIND FOR A BETTER LIFE!

This is the slogan I put on my business card.

So, how does this work?

First of all, we’ll have a free consultation either on the phone, by email, or via a Zoom call, depending on your location. The consultation will probably last between 15 and 20 minutes, and we’ll discuss your objectives, your problems, and what you hope to achieve. I will also share the cost of the service which you will find surprisingly reasonable. If, for some reason, your expectations are unrealistic, this is the time that I would let you know. This also gives you an opportunity to meet me, because it’s important that you feel comfortable with me as your hypnotherapist.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

I graduated from the Paul McKenna, Mindvalley, certified HYPNOTHERAPY course that is backed by the International Alliance of Professional Complimentary Practitioners (IAPCP), an international organization that promotes excellence, professionalism, and progress in all aspects of best complementary care.

I first learned about HYPNOTHERAPY and self-hypnosis when I was 12 years old, a curious student suffering from a lack of confidence, as well as some childhood issues that left me with anxiety, self-doubt, and fearful of success.

For years, I hypnotized myself, thinking nothing of it, telling nobody, and benefiting from the things that it allowed me to learn and grow.

I have been a journalist, I am an author of several books, with more in process, but I began to realize that I enjoyed helping people, and hypnotherapy would be an excellent way to do so.

My clients tell me that our sessions are extremely relaxing, and it surprises them how rapidly the time passes as they’re in a trance with their subconscious fully aware, and how much change they notice afterwards.

To make it comfortable, I usually conduct sessions in the comfort of your own home. For people out of my geographic area, I can do sessions online using Zoom. It is equally effective. I also do custom hypnosis audio tapes that you can then listen to as needed.

So the question you need to ask yourself isDo I want to make a change and break free of the things that are holding me back and preventing me from living the best life possible?

If the answer is yes, click on the link below, fill out the form, and let’s chat. It’s free and no obligation for you to do anything. If you decide this is not for you, I promise I will not spam you, nag you, or pressure you into changing your mind.

Give it some thought, and I hope to hear from you.

Respectfully,

William Gensburger , CHt
